In 1979, J. Steve Waddill founded Waddill Group with one paramount tenet in mind – superior client service.  His team provided the best consulting and design services to a few valued clients, with a precision focus on personalized service and top-notch design.  Steve predicted that other longtime clients might emanate from this client-centric, relationship-focused approach.  As Waddill Group’s recent 30-year anniversary will attest, Steve’s client service philosophy has been the defining characteristic of Waddill Group’s longevity and success.  Today, over half of the company’s client base is composed of existing clients – some of which have remained loyal to Waddill Group for over 20 years.

Steve Waddill began Waddill Group over three decades ago with a vision to fuse aesthetic innovation with corporate functionality.  He and his team work with the belief that solid architecture and interior design can positively affect productivity, promote better communication, and improve the visceral experience of a space.

Waddill Group distinguishes itself from other firms through Steve Waddill’s extensive experience and personal involvement with each of Waddill Group’s projects.  Virtually no other local architectural design firm can boast the same level of client attentiveness.  Waddill Group maintains only one managing principal – Steve Waddill – who is responsible for the success of every project, and who stakes his reputation on achieving his clients’ goals.
